Did you know… it is Learning Disability Awareness Week?

Here at the Blackmore Vale Partnership we are very lucky to have Community Learning Disability Nurse, Anna Fitton, working with us one day a week. This is a role to support our cancer screening programmes such as Bowel, Breast, and Cervical specifically for those with Learning Disabilities.

If you or someone you care for have a learning disability and require support and, or reasonable adjustments to attend these screenings, please get in contact with the surgery vie telephone or Klinik (available via our website) and we can assist you.
