Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).

A new service that is for young people 11-18 year olds, it is free and anonymous and is called KOOTH. Young people can contact them online and receive advice, support, counselling and guidance on any matters that are causing young people concern. This service has been commissioned by Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. They are available 365 days of the year and you can chat to them online until 10pm. Do take a look, they are all qualified counsellors or phsycotherapist.

A Drug and Alcohol Services offers support to those over 18 who wish to address their drug and alcohol use.

Albert’s Dining Club is a lunch club for older people. Diners are provided with a two course, home cooked meal with tea and coffee for a reasonable charge.

They are now expanding the service and can deliver a freshly cooked hot meal to your home for £6 each.
