The doctors and staff welcome patients old and new to our practice and our website.
We are a professional and friendly team caring for approximately 26000 patients in Shaftesbury, Fontmell Magna, Sturminster Newton, Marnhull and the surrounding villages. We run a comprehensive health promotion and disease management service.
This includes advice on asthma, diabetes, heart and blood vessel disorders, HRT, contraception and child health to name a few.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
We have 2 operational managers, Laura Grant and Amy Rose who are responsible for the day to day running of the practice. They can help patients with support, complaints or queries. Sara Froud is our Practice Business Partner.
We have a large team of people that provide the administration for patients including Patient Care Coordinators, Medical Secretaries, general administration, etc.
We also have a full complement of support staff, including an integrated nursing team consisting of the District nurses, Health Visitors and practice nurses.
